Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has dismissed the idea of remarrying, revealing that she is still “traumatized” by the challenges in her marriage to Senator Ned Nwoko.
Daniels shared her emotional struggles via a video uploaded on her Facebook page on Wednesday.
While affirming her love for her children, she did not directly address whether her current “challenged” marriage to Nwoko had broken down irreparably.
“God is my guy sha, and I’m his special last born,”
Daniels addressed questions from her followers about her future.
When one user, Ayariga Prosper, asked if she would consider marrying another man, Daniels replied without hesitation: “Nopeee! Traumatized with that institution.”
In response to another question from Ijeoma Okebaram about whether she misses her children and Nwoko, Daniels said: “I no get strength to add effort pepper person. My waking up every day na tatashe but yes I freakinggggg missssss my kids.”
The couple’s private struggles became public in October when a video surfaced showing Daniels in tears, alleging she was a victim of domestic violence. Nwoko quickly denied the allegations, insisting that his wife was battling drug and alcohol addiction.
Daniels later admitted her involvement with hard drugs but accused Nwoko of engineering her dependency as a means of manipulation and control.
The actress and the senator have two kids together.
