Famous businessman and philanthropist, Arthur Eze,  has hailed President Bola Tinubu over the creation of South-East Development Commission, saying it would foster development in the region.
The Atlas Oranto Petroleum boss urged the people of the region to unite with the rest of Nigeria in support of the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
The oil magnate equally said that Tinubu was gracious enough to pick two prominent Igbo sons as Minister of Works and the Minister of Science and Technology, a feat that was rare in previous governments.
He also described Tinubu as “God’s gift to Nigeria” adding that his leadership style, reform-driven governance, and commitment to national unity was uncommon and unblemished.
Eze made these remarks in an upcoming State House documentary marking President Tinubu’s second year anniversary in office.
According to him,  the President exemplifies the bold, God-ordained leadership Nigeria needs at this pivotal moment in the nation’s history.
His words; “God doesn’t make mistakes. That man, Tinubu, was created for a purpose. God gave him the power to change lives,” the oil magnate and philanthropist said.
“Tinubu has no enemies. He is a unifier. He speaks with humility and honesty; that’s why we admire him. Ndigbo need to embrace him in totality. We must support his government”
Reflecting on his experience during the Nigerian civil war and his deep roots in the Southeast, Prince Eze noted that Tinubu has demonstrated an unprecedented commitment to inclusivity and development in the region.
“What Tinubu has done for the Southeast, nobody else has. He gave us the Minister of Works, the Minister of Science and Technology, and the Southeast Development Commission. This is an opportunity for the Igbo to unite with the rest of Nigeria,” he declared.
Commenting on the Renewed Hope Agenda, the 76-year-old business leader expressed confidence that President Tinubu has fulfilled his promises.
He noted that the President assumed office at a time of economic fragility and political uncertainty but has shown the wisdom and resolve required to steer the nation toward progress.
“It is the duty of Ndigbo and all Nigerians to wholly support this wonderful gift of God to Nigeria  that has shown zero bias to all regions of the country.”
