Queen To Strip Former BBC Broadcaster Of OBE Over Sex Crimes

Former BBC broadcaster Stuart Hall is to be stripped of his OBE by the Queen after he was jailed for a series of sexual assaults on young girls.

The 83-year-old’s sentence was doubled to 30 months by the Court of Appeal in July after he admitted 14 counts against girls aged as young as nine.
