2023: ZLP Chairman, Nwanyanwu counsels APC on implications of S’Court judgement on Ondo

by Our Reporter
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has been asked to trade with caution in dismissing the implications of the Supreme Court judgement on Ondo State Governorship Election so as not to foist a fait accompli on itself ahead of 2023 general election.
Chief Dan Nwanyanwu, Chairman of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) gave the advice to the governing party during a television programme monitored in Abuja.
He said the resort to dismissive rhetorics by leaders and highly partisan legal minds of the party, simply because the APC is in power, may be deceptive and dangerous than the party thinks.
The ZLP Chairman, a lawyer himself, said the ruling of the Supreme Court leaves what appears a caution for the APC which the party has to consider seriously if it does not want to be shut out of 2023 general election.
Nwanyanwu therefore urged APC to leverage on the legal advice of sound professors of law and non partisan Senior Advocates whose advice he said will help the party avoid a fait accompli come 2023.
