Nigerian socialite Cubana Chiefpriest has brushed aside criticism trailing his reported loss in the APC primaries, insisting that negative comments from people he described as “poor” do not affect him.
Speaking during a livestream hosted by streamer Peller, the celebrity barman said he checked the profiles of many people trolling him online and discovered that “none of them has G-Wagon.”
According to him, he sees no reason to be bothered by insults from people who have not attained his level of success and luxury.
“I checked the profiles of those trolling me, none of them has G-Wagon. Why should I feel bad for what a poor man says? A big man can’t feel bad because of a poor man’s words,” he said.
Chiefpriest also boasted about his lifestyle and family, saying he easily overcomes stress by spending time with his children.
“If I feel too pained, I will enter my children’s room and play with them. I have everything in my house,” he added.
His comments have since sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some defending his confidence while others criticized his remarks as insensitive and arrogant.
