Presidential Spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati has described reports of the hospitalisation of First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan as rumour saying
“There is nothing like that”.
A couple of blogs including at least one local newspaper this morning reported that the First Lady was transported to a German hospital a couple of days ago from Abuja following suspected food poisoning.
Abati in his reaction to the report told THEWILL correspondent that “serious papers shouldn’t be investigating rumours”, adding that he doesn’t know anything about such.
