Seven governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), national chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, former national chairman, Adam’s Oshiomhole and some other National Working Committee (NWC) members are currently meeting at the national secretariat of the party over the controversial Presidential Campaign Council list.
The governors in attendance include that of Kano, Jigawa, Plateau, Niger, Ondo, Zamfara and Nasarawa. Deputy governor of Borno State and former Managing Director of Nigeria Port Authority, Hadiza Bala also are in attendance.

The campaign team list had generated controversy but the party promised to correct the mistakes.
It was gathered that some governors were not happy about the list released.
