“Wike was promised the Petroleum minister, no prosection for all monies looted from Rivers state as well as offer to nominate the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC chairman.”
Wike, according to the source has also made a donation of 100 billion naira on his behalf and for the other governors.
“Part of the agreement is for the support of the Oyo state governor, Makinde for his second term ambition. The deal is for the APC to collapse its structure in Oyo state for the emergence of the PDP candidate. The APC candidate in the state is tipped for a ministerial appointment.
“The governors of Benue, Enugu and Abia are also to receive immunity from the APC government from prosecution as well as offers to nominate key political appointments.”
The source confirmed that the G5 governors will not leave their parties but will remain in PDP and will join the campaign train of the Tinubu particularly in the campaigns holding in their states and zones.
If everything goes as planned, the governors will announce their choice within this week.

The governors have given an ultimatum for the resignation of Ayu before they will participate in the activities of the party.
