Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial district said
Thursday
that there was no way he would threatened to beat -up and impregnate ,
Senator Oluremi Tinubu, saying it was all falsehood by Senator Tinubu .
Media reports had alleged that Senator Dino Melaye had threatened to beat
– up and Impregnate his colleague, Senator Tinubu.
At an emergency press briefing at the Senate press center In Abuja ,
Senatot Melaye reveal that there was not way he would have impregnate
Senator Tinubu who he said has grown beyond her menopause.
“I couldn’t have said that I will beat and imoregnate Senator Oluremi
Tinubu , besides, she has grown beyond menopause, so it’s not true , it’s
all falsehood.”
Senator Melaye explained that trouble began between him and senator Tinubu
when she stood up at an executive session of the senate and “called me a
thug and dog .”
“For every action, there must be an equal and opposite reaction , Senator
Oluremi Tinubu called me a thug and dog and I immediately replied by
saying that she was very stupid.“
I never refer to Senator Tinubu when I had called on all those that have
case in court with regards to the forgery case to withdraw their case from
the court as there is a resolution by the senate the no rules was forged
.
“It was after this that Senator Tinubu rose up and stated raining insult
on me calling me unpalatable names like dog and thug before I replied by
telling her that she was very stupid .
“we never discuses anything about the impeachment of President Muhammadu
Buhari it was also part of the falsehood being propergated by agent of
darkness , I will continue to stand for what is right and I don’t fear any
one except God.
”Senator Melaye maintained that the role he played during the emergence
of Senato Bukola Saraki as Senate President has made him an enemy of
Senator Oluremi Tinubu and her Husband and Leader of the All Progressives
Congress (APC) Senator Bola Tinubu .“ both Oluremi Tinubu and Bola Ahmed
Tinubu has been on my neck to back of support for the Senate president but
I have refused to listened to them , hence the attack on by through the
social media .
“ Bola Tinubu is not God , I will never be part of those that goes to
prostrate
before Tinubu to seek political assistance , Tinubu has never been part of my
election victories and I don’t need him to will election in kogi state .
God that has brought me this far is able to help me.” Sen Melaye said.
