Operatives from the Department of State Services (DSS) and Mobile Policemen are currently searching two houses belonging to Ibrahim Magu, the suspended boss of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), in Abuja.
Magu was suspended by the Presidency while investigation against him for corruption by a Presidential Committee was ongoing.
Sources told Pointblanknews.com that the raid of Magu’s two houses, is part of the investigations over allegation of fraud leveled against the embattled former EFCC boss.
According to sources, preliminary findings have unraveled a pattern of corrupt enrichment that if prosecuted, would land the former EFCC boss behind bars for years.
